Amy Sims is the Principal Consultant of ProSearch Recruiting Partners, an independent franchise of the Management Recruiters International (MRINetwork). Originally founded in the 1970s as a Snelling agency, the firm has evolved over decades alongside the industrial sector and has been recognized for specialty automation and robotics engineering search for more than 30 years. As the third owner in over 50 years, Amy has led the team’s most strategic transformation—modernizing the business to meet the complex workforce demands of today’s automation, OEM, industrial manufacturing, and industrial construction organizations.
Amy’s leadership is grounded in both legacy and sustained performance. Over the past decade, she has been a nationally recognized top-producing recruiter with Snelling, earned CityView’s Best Headhunter recognition, and acquired ownership of the firm in 2020. Following Snelling’s acquisition by HireQuest, Amy made a deliberate decision to transition the firm into MRINetwork, Snelling’s sister company—strategically aligning with a globally respected leader in specialty engineering and executive search to better serve highly technical and growth-driven clients.
Holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, along with extensive in-house HR experience, Amy brings a rare dual perspective to talent strategy. Under her direction, ProSearch | MRINetwork expanded beyond traditional placement to offer fractional HR services, compliance support, workforce strategy, and full-cycle talent acquisition—delivering enterprise-level HR and recruiting capability without the enterprise-level cost.
Today, Amy partners with industrial teams navigating growth, facility expansions, and workforce complexity—helping them build successful teams through a strategic blend of proven recruiting expertise and collaborative HR infrastructure.
